Cinnamon Leaf essential oil comes from the leaves of the cinnamon tree, originally found in Sri Lanka (aka Ceylon) whence the name Ceylon Cinnamon.
Cinnamon leaf essential oil is used in aromatherapy to help relieve colds and cough as well as joint and muscle pain associated with sprains and strains.
Topical (Adults): Mix 1 to 5 drops in 1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) of vegetable oil; apply locally 3 times a day. Inhalation (Respiratory Syst.): Add 4 to 12 drops to a bowl of steaming hot water or a diffuser. Inhale slowly and deeply for 5-10 minutes.

If nausea, dizziness, headache or allergic reactions occur, discontinue use. Not for use on inflamed, broken, irritated or sensitive skin or if suffering from dermatitis. Avoid exposing treated area to sunlight. Consult a health care practitioner
if symptoms worsen or persist.
