Adults and children from 6 years old:
Chew and allow tablets to dissolve. Take between meals.
Prior physical exertion: 1 chewable tablet, the day before or immediately prior exertion.
During physical exertion: 1 chewable tablet every hour.
After physical exertion: 1 chewable tablet every hour until improvement.
Do not exceed 10 chewable tablets per day.
Arnicare Sport is made from plants, including Arnica montana, which is also known as the Mountain daisy. Its therapeutic properties have been used for centuries.

Cramp: A painful involuntary spasmodic contraction of a muscle or a temporary paralysis of muscles from overuse. Onset when glycogen is transformed into lactic acid.
Muscle soreness: Usually felt within 12-14 hours after physical effort. Onset by excess lactic acid in the muscles and muscular micro lesion. Usually lasts 3-4 days.
