The essential oil of Eucalyptus â Blue Gum is known to reduce respiratory distress and is particularly helpful when diffused as winter approaches as it can facilitate breathing.

Inhalation: Add 4 to 12 drops to a bowl of steaming hot water/facial steamer. Inhale slowly for 5-10 minutes once a day.

For prolonged use or if symptoms worsen or persist, consult a health care practitioner.
