Chaga (Inonotus oblicus),
Cordyceps (Cordyceps militaris),

Alcohol/Water Extraction ratio 9:1.
Dosage
1/4-1/2 tsp (1-2g), two times daily as an instant tea when added to hot water, or in food, smoothies or capsules.
