Astragalus is one of the best-known herbal tonics. In traditional Chinese medicine it is considered a blood and spleen tonic. It is a plant that stimulates the immune system. Astragalus root has immunostimulatory properties but does not suppress immune function with prolonged use. One of the most important properties of this species is its ability to increase immune response by promoting the activity of T lymphocytes, which stimulates the natural production of interferon, and enhances its activity.

Acerola is naturally high in Vitamin C plus cofactors that enhance its utilization, and is used as a stimulant and modulator of the immune system.

Ascorbic acid helps white blood cells fight infection and accelerates wound healing.

Reishi, Lion’s Mane and Cordyceps are three of the major medicinal mushrooms. All three have the potential to improve health through their potent adaptogenic and immunomodulating effects. Their ability to support the immune system over time is perhaps the most obvious thing they have in common, but they also improve energy both physical and mental.

Zinc is an important mineral, essential in protein synthesis which helps regulate the production of cells in our body’s immune system. It is essential for growth and for the formation of DNA.

Iron is beneficial in the first stage of inflammation, in fever, lack of energy, low defences and anemia.

Dosage:
