As a poultice or plaster, its minerals contribute to your body’s well-being, and these granulated green clay pieces are quick to prepare and comfortable.
Suggested Use
As a poultice or plaster spread a 1 to 2cm thick layer of green clay directly on to the skin and leave on for 1 or 2 hours.
Tou can also place a 2 cm layer of green clay paste inside a thin cloth fold in the 4 corners.
Apply this plaster to the desired area. In both cases, remove as much clay as possible and discard.
