Each chew tab contains:

100mg Vitamin C (ascorbic acid)

25mcg Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol)

30 billion CFU Probiotic Consortium

20 billion CFU Lactobacillus acidophilus (CUL-60 & CUL-21)

5 billion CFU Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis (CUL-34) & Bifidobacterium bifidum (CUL-20)

5 billion CFU Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. milk (BI-04)

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:Sorbitol, xylitol, black currant fruit extract, silica, magnesium stearate, natural black currant flavour.

Dosage

Chew one tablet daily with a meal, at least two to three hours before or after taking antibiotics, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
