Adreno Calm from Genestra offers a calming combination of phosphatidylserine, L- and herbs encapsulated to promote relaxation when taken at rest, after a mentally draining task or physically exhausting activity.

Adreno Calm is quickly absorbed to begin mediating the release of neurotransmitters like ,  and dopamine.

L-theanine effectively promotes a state of calm and relaxation, and with the recommended 200mg dose, may significantly increase alpha waves (calming waves) in the brain within 30 minutes of ingestion.

Genestra’s Adreno Calm further enhances its product with standardized extracts from  and ashwagandha, plants used in Herbal Medicine, and Chinese and Ayurvedic medical practices.

Ingredients

Each capsule contains:

100mg L-Theanine (Suntheanine®*)

100mg Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) Root Std. Extract(7% Withanolides)

75mg Magnolia (Magnolia officinalis) Bark Std. Extract (5% honokiol)

25mg Phosphatidylserine (from soy lecithin)

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Hypromellose, cellulose, silica, ascorbyl palmitate

Dosage

Take two capsules daily or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
