40mg Elemental Calcium

Other Ingredients: Pullulan, carrageenan, potassium chloride.

Dosage

Take2 capsules 2 times daily,or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Contains no artificial preservatives, animal substances, colours or flavours, added starch, sugar, lactose, milk, salt, yeast, wheat or gluten. Avoid 2 hours prior to or until 4 hours after taking other medications.
