Instructions:
Take Bio-K IBS Pro as recommended by your health professional. Adults should take 2 delayed-release capsules once daily with breakfast. Adolescents and children (6 years and older) should take 1-2 delayed-release capsules once daily. If you are taking antibiotics, take Bio-K+ at least 2-3 hours after taking antibiotics. To preserve the capsule’s delayed-release properties, do not chew, crush or open the capsules.
