Clearizyme (formerly Flexizyme) has been formulated to decrease both acute & chronic inflammatory processes. This powerful combination of proteolytic enzymes from three different sources (plant, fungal and animal) act synergistically to reduce swelling, bruising and discomfort associated with inflammation due to arthritis, trauma, sports and surgical procedures.

Medicinal Ingredients:
Each capsule contains:
• Peptidase (100000 HUT/gm) 35 mg
• Bromelain (1800 MCU/gm) 45 mg
• Papain USP (6000 PU/mg) 60 mg
• Pancreatin USP 6X 150 mg
• Peptizyme SP® (100,000 u/gm)* 50 mg
* Enteric coated

Non-medicinal ingredients: Maltodextrin, magnesium stearate (vegetable), gelatin (capsule).

Dosage

Take two capsules two to three times a day (between meals) or as directed by a health care practitioner.

Caution/warnings:

If symptoms persist or worsen, discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you need extra folate, are taking antibiotics, are having surgery, if you have allergy to latex or fruits (such as avocado, banana, chestnut, passion fruit, fig, melon, mango, kiwi, pineapple, peach, and tomato). Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have diabetes, pancreatitis, pancreatic exocrine insufficiency or cystic fibrosis. If you have persistent swelling, have or will be undergoing major surgery or have had major trauma, consult a healthcare practitioner. Nausea, vomiting, and diarrhoea, abdominal pain/epigastric pain and/or heartburn have been known to occur; in which case discontinue use. Stop use and consult a healthcare practitioner immediately if the following symptoms appear: dizziness, headaches, difficulty breathing, rash, hypersensitivity and severe allergy. Hypersensitivity/allergy has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use.

Contraindications: If you are sensitive to pancreatic enzymes or pork proteins, do not use this product. Do not use if you have heart or blood vessel problems, high blood pressure, kidney or liver disorder, bleeding disorder, haemorrhoids, gastrointestinal ulcers/lesions, or if you are taking any blood thinning agents (i.e. warfarin) or anti-inflammatory agents (i.e. acetylsalicylic acid).
