Recommended Dose (Adults & children): For oral health, chew one gum tablet daily for 5-10 minutes.
Do not swallow gum. If you are on antibiotics take 2-3 hours before or after.
Use for a minimum of three days.
Recommended Dose (Adults): For halitosis, chew one gum tablet for 5-10 minutes (after rinsing with an antibacterial mouthwash) four times on the first day, then one gum tablet per day for maintenance.
