St.John's Wort

Traditionally used as a sedative to relieve restlessness or nervousness. Helps relieve symptoms of sleep disorders.

 

Ingredients

Each ml of St John's Wort contains :

Organic fresh St John's Wort flowers (Hypericum perforatum)

Non-medicinal ingredient: certified organic alcohol 50%.

 

Dosage

Adults: 1 ml (20 drops), 3 times a day, maximum 6 weeks.

 

Cautions

Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or if you experience sleep disturbances.

Avoid use with any prescription medication, including oral contraceptives.

Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight and UV rays.

Do not use during pregnancy or while breast-feeding.
