This extract is used in traditional Western herbalism as a light sedative and to help sleep and as an analgesic.

Ingredients
Each ml of California poppy contains:
California poppy, fresh organic flowering top (Eschscholzia californica)
Non medicinal ingredient : 39â% organic alcohol.

Posologie
Adults : 40 drops, 2-3 times daily.

Cautions
Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist, worsen or persist beyong 3 weeks.
Do not associate with alcoholic beverages, medecines or natural health products with sedative or analgesic effets.
Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Some people may feel drowsy.
Use caution when operating heavy machinery or other motorized vehicles and other activities requiring vigilance.
