Recommended use or purpose
Provides antioxidants for the maintaining of good health.
Helps to support/promote healthy estrogen metabolism/balance.
Recommended dose
Adults: Take 1 capsule daily with meals. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.
Recommended duration of use: Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 12 weeks.
Contra-Indications
Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Discontinue use if you experience joint pain or hot flashes.
If you develop liver-related symptom (e.g. abdominal pain, jaundice) or symptoms if low estrogen, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner.
Warnings
Consult a healthcare practioner prior to use if you are attempting to conceive, if you are taking any medications, if you have or are pre-disposed cancer, if you have gallstones or a bile duct obstruction, if you have stomach ulcers or excess stomach acid, if you have an iron deficiency, if you are taking any medications or natural health products, if you have a liver disorder or symptoms of low estrogen (such as joint pain, mood changes, changes in libido, hot flashes, night sweats, vaginal dryness or irregular menstruations). if you have liver disorder, consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use.
Stop use if you develop symptoms of liver trouble such as yellowing of the skin/eyes (jaundice), stomach pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual tiredness and/or loss of appetite and consult a healthcare practitioner.
Rare unpredictable cases of liver injury associated with green tea extract-containg products have been reported (in Canada and Internationally).
Store in a cool and dry area.
