The Lavandula Supreme essential oils blend is used in aromatherapy to help relieve headaches, nervousness, irritability and worry. This blend is also used as a sleep aid. Add a few drops in a diffuser or in a bath by diluting them with a neutral base. It can also be used for massage therapy when diluted with a carrier oil.
Inhalation: Add 4 to 12 drops to a bowl of steaming hot water or a diffuser. Inhale slowly for 5-10 minutes.
Topical - Bath: Add 2 drops (1st use) up to 8 drops in a neutral emulsifier or foaming base and stir. Bathe for 10 minutes, once a day.
Massage : Mix 4 to 5 drops in 1 teaspoon (5ml) of vegetable oil; apply 1 time a day.

Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms worsen or persist.
