Zinc supports cell division functions and helps maintain normal metabolism.

Elemental zinc (zinc gluconate).....1.25mg.
Non-Medicinal ingredients: Corn starch, cellulose, pectin, silicon dioxide, herb extract (flavour).
Directions
Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
Adult: Take 2 tablets, 3 times daily.
Children: Can be chewed.
4-9 years: Take 1 tablet, 2 times daily.
9-13 years: Take 1 tablet, 3 times daily.
14-18 years: Take 5 tablets daily.
